Finding the One
Step 8: Get blessing of accountability partner and parents to be exclusive.
This step assumes a woman is interested in a particular man. When that man decides that he wants to have a woman all to himself, he must seek approval from her accountability partner (usually her parents). He will ask her for their information and arrange to talk or meet with them, so they can interview him themselves with or without the woman present.
During the meeting, the accountability partner will probe again with questions about readiness, intentions, and spirituality. They may ask for verification of ID, cleared background check, and proof of education if that is important to them. They are considering this person for marriage for the woman, as they are painfully aware that once a romantic relationship starts between the couple, it is incredibly difficult for two people to think with their heads going forward.
Three outcomes may be possible out of this meeting. Approval may be granted for an exclusive romantic relationship (i.e. a courtship). They may urge the woman to keep talking to other people. They may urge the woman to cut off contact with this suitor. A woman that is surrendered to the process will respect the decisions of the accountability partner.
Note: If the accountability partner is NOT the parents of the woman, then the woman must also get her parents OK as well.

Step 9: Grow together as a couple.
Let's assume approval was given for a courtship. Now, a woman and her man get to be a couple - official boyfriend and girlfriend - but with their eye single on exploring marriage.
